Do not use this mortgage company. The reviews on their website are all glowing, of course. However, they are constantly making errors, applying funds to the wrong account and charging late fees for their mistakes. Customer service is slow. Be prepared to wait until you have a cauliflower ear before you speak with an agent. I have five letters from Freedom, all dated in February 2020 within weeks of each other stating a different amount for my monthly payment. Run....find another company.
