Wish I could rate you all less. I have had the great pleasure of being a supportive partner to a disabled veteran. For the last 6 months or so we have been waiting on you all to come out and repair his chair. Every time it seems to be some kind of excuse. I would not recommend your services to anyone. Thankfully we had some extra funding to purchase him a manual chair while we are sitting here waiting on you all. Ted P. And Jeff K, help me get my mother a power wheel chair. Working with them was great they helped me through the whole process. My mom's United healthcare insurance would not approve the wheelchair for almost over a year. Because they wanted her to use thier approved vendor. I contact the approved vendor and they never called me back . Ted, told me to converting her to traditional Medicare and within a few weeks the chair was approved. On 7/29/23 she now has a Vector HD power wheel chair. Thank you Ted and Jeff
