Horrible!!! They closed my account because I would not get the more expensive chair with all the bells and whistles. They exaggerated my condition on my in home evaluation report. Put things in there that I never said. The report made me appear worse than I am. Was basically being yelled at by Ben because I requested a regular power chair after talking with my doctor and insurance company. Please buyer be aware.
Terrible. After working with them for months jumping through hoops that I didn’t need to I get a email saying we are closing your file. And got it from somebody I wasn’t working with. Trying to get a new wheelchair. But I ask to get a new cushion first which they said I could anything. But because they haven’t made any $ from the sale of the wheelchair they don’t want to bother with the cushion.sorry sorry way to run a business that should be ran with compassion
Wish I could rate you all less. I have had the great pleasure of being a supportive partner to a disabled veteran. For the last 6 months or so we have been waiting on you all to come out and repair his chair. Every time it seems to be some kind of excuse. I would not recommend your services to anyone. Thankfully we had some extra funding to purchase him a manual chair while we are sitting here waiting on you all. This long wait has drastically reduced his quality life and it affects the the things that we can do as a family ... read more
