My father died nine days after we purchased a power chair, and they refused to return it because it wasn't within 3 days. I respect rules and company policy, but in this situation there was room for more compassion because he died unexpectedly. We obviously would not have spent $1,800 on a chair if we knew he would only use it for three days before being hospitalized until his death. My husband who has a broken back, heart problems, and is on oxygen all the time, got the golden compass sport, my first problem with it is I asked for them to deliver it after 3:30 so I could be home from work when it was delivered. Will they deliver it around 1:00. The man was only here with my husband maybe 5 minutes. They deliver on 08/07/2019.
