There's a customer service rep at Coquitlam Center Freedom Mobile Store named Pranav... He's the best service rep I've ever come across in a customer service role. He's professional and patient and is always able to assist with any issue I have as he's knowledgeable. I've been a freedom mobile customer for many years and have 4 phone lines with Freedom. I've stayed with Freedom predominantly because I'm able to go into store and get this fabulous customer service anytime. Big shout-out to Pranav at Coquitlam Center Mall.
