Please for your own sake do not do business with this company. They will not allow you to cancel your service with them. I've been trying for months and I've had to change my credit card because its the only way. If you phone Freedom, they say they can't do it and send you to Freedom chat. Freedom chat will say they can't do it and send you to Shaw Chat. Shaw Chat says they can't do it and sends you to Freedom Phone service. You can't cancel at the store. You can't cancel online.
