The customer service experience we had to today was kind of harsh. I get it's that day after Christmas, but you don't know what people are going through, and should always be willing to do your job; even if you dont care. The lady who answered was short toned, way too fast to say "no", and clearly gave zero about being the front face of a company. Freedom has helped me many times with products for my mother. The ladies at freedom medical supply have always been very kind. I'm very patient with me and it's a good place to stock up on medical supplies. If you have a person in need in your household.
Had to return a transport chair. Nothing was wrong with it. We just got a free 1 from hospice care. Freedom Medical Supply took it back with no problem. Just know that you have to have the receipt with tags still attached.
