Had to return a transport chair. Nothing was wrong with it. We just got a free 1 from hospice care. Freedom Medical Supply took it back with no problem. Just know that you have to have the receipt with tags still attached.
Went in, and I stood there for 10 minutes. None of the employees could be bothered to stop playing on their phones to even greet us.
I had an excellent experience with Freedom Medical Supply. The customer service was truly phenomenal. The team’s patience, attention to detail, and clear explanation of services made all the difference. A special shoutout to Consuela — she rocks!
WOW WHERE TO START!?! I wish I c/give 10/10 I am disabled so I need different mobility equipment and bath chairs, cushions for my scooter seat, and general medical supplies which you can get ALL in one place at FREEDOM Medical Supply! Thank you, Kyle, for your excellent service. I was unable to walk into the store. He came out to my car with different models of transport chairs for me to try. He showed me and my brother how to use all of the chair's features. I found the perfect one for my needs. I highly recommend Freedom Medical Supply.
