What sham of a freedom store, very messy, dirty floor with leaves and grass clippings in aisles. There is no order in this store. The setup does not work, management need to visit the east coast of Australia to see how their stores are arranged and setup, I walked out in disgust.
Over the moon with our experience and purchase! The lovely Anna assisted us when purchasing our Sorrento couch. She went above and beyond to explain all the possible combinations of the couch , even rearranging it in store for us to have a proper visual of what it would look like in our home and ensuring we’d order the correct pieces. Price was fantastic as they had sales on and delivery was on time with what we were told. The delivery boys were quick , tidy and polite. Highly recommend ✨

I am so disappointed:( I waited 3 months for an armchair, only for them to deliver the wrong colour ! I hope that I don’t have to wait 3 more months for them to correct their mistake! It clearly states the colour choice on the invoice. Very unhappy :(
Shoutout to Vickie for the excellent customer service it’s honestly so refreshing to receive. Thanks for everything you did you went above and beyond!
