My experience with the mandurah store and the delivery crew has been exceptional! Everyone we met in store were so lovely and helpful without being pushy and the 2 men who delivered my couches today were so professional and polite. I am so happy with my couches and the service I received all round.

Visited here in the afternoon midweek last week and was very disappointed with stock available and lack of customer service. Some staff were at a table near the exit of the store chatting and didn’t bother to ask if I needed any help etc. I walked out of the store empty handed again.
Beautiful furniture, but disappointing service After visiting Freedom Mandurah for the first time, I was genuinely impressed by the quality and style of the furniture and décor. We recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Freedom Mandurah, mainly due to the lack of flexibility and professionalism shown by the store manager. On Sunday, we spent almost $9,000 on a 3-seater sofa, a 2-seater sofa, an ottoman, and an armchair. When our two sofas were delivered a few days later (today), we realised that an additional 3-seater would suit our space much better than the armchair we had ordered just three days earlier.
