Not overly happy or impressed by the after service care offered by this company. We've spent thousands with Freedom over the years, but the minute we have an issue with a new couch we purchasd, can't get any communication out of them, it's all vague and not overly obliging. Seems like they are doing there best to avoid the issue. We purchased a couch, which has worn and faded in big spots within 6 or 8 weeks of purchase. My experience with the mandurah store and the delivery crew has been exceptional! Everyone we met in store were so lovely and helpful without being pushy and the 2 men who delivered my couches today were so professional and polite. I am so happy with my couches and the service I received all round.

Visited here in the afternoon midweek last week and was very disappointed with stock available and lack of customer service. Some staff were at a table near the exit of the store chatting and didn’t bother to ask if I needed any help etc. I walked out of the store empty handed again.
Beautiful furniture, but disappointing service After visiting Freedom Mandurah for the first time, I was genuinely impressed by the quality and style of the furniture and décor. Everything looked amazing, and I could easily see myself furnishing my entire home with their pieces. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the customer service.
