Terrible customer service!! Avoid online orders!! I will never purchase again from Freedom Furniture. Online order placed June 30 2025, delivery received July 10 2025, but 1x item missing. The delivery sticker placed by Freedom Furniture states product 1 of 1 supplied and shipping email does not state how many items sent or if separate shipments (gather not as no other shipment or tracking numbers sent). Lovely laid out store with beautiful home wares.
One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Went to purchase a couch with funds ready to go. When I approached the lady behind the counter (black framed glasses and dirty blonde hair) I was met with “I would have to jump on the computer to check stock” with a tone that spoke to the fact that she couldn’t be bothered. When enquiring further we were met with closed answers and no friendly service whatsoever.
