My experience with this store has been nothing but outstanding, over the last few days I have returned to this store three times to change items ordered and re-select, my sales assistant Karin has been fantastic & all the team within, helping & supporting, thank you too you all.
Not overly happy or impressed by the after service care offered by this company. We've spent thousands with Freedom over the years, but the minute we have an issue with a new couch we purchasd, can't get any communication out of them, it's all vague and not overly obliging. Seems like they are doing there best to avoid the issue. We purchased a couch, which has worn and faded in big spots within 6 or 8 weeks of purchase. My experience with the mandurah store and the delivery crew has been exceptional! Everyone we met in store were so lovely and helpful without being pushy and the 2 men who delivered my couches today were so professional and polite. I am so happy with my couches and the service I received all round.
