Visited here in the afternoon midweek last week and was very disappointed with stock available and lack of customer service. Some staff were at a table near the exit of the store chatting and didn’t bother to ask if I needed any help etc. I walked out of the store empty handed again.

Beautiful furniture, but disappointing service After visiting Freedom Mandurah for the first time, I was genuinely impressed by the quality and style of the furniture and décor. Everything looked amazing, and I could easily see myself furnishing my entire home with their pieces. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the customer service. We recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Freedom Mandurah, mainly due to the lack of flexibility and professionalism shown by the store manager. On Sunday, we spent almost $9,000 on a 3-seater sofa, a 2-seater sofa, an ottoman, and an armchair. When our two sofas were delivered a few days later (today), we realised that an additional 3-seater would suit our space much better than the armchair we had ordered just three days earlier. Very unfortunate and frustrating experience. We ordered a 3 seater, a 2 seater, an armchair and an ottoman from Freedom 3 days ago. The 3 seater and 2 seater were in stock. The armchair made to order. The guys delivered the stock items today and we realized it would look much better to have another 3 seater instead of the armchair, which was not yet produced. Beware - if you buy online and receive furniture which is substandard do not expect to be able to receive a refund or exchange. Very poor customer service...
