I went to the store today with a few things in mind, while browsing we were greeted by Raelene, she was very lovely and helpful in answering all my questions, but also left us to keep browsing around the store freely. I ended up getting a few more pieces that caught my eyes, and Raelene was great throughout
We had the best experience at Freedom Furniture, Logan recently when we went into purchase a number of things for our new home. Highly recommend Raelene from the sales team- she was on point about their stock, knew the names of most items, had ready tips on styling and was just very transparent, patient and helpful about everything. She made everything so much easier for us. We have had our first lot of items delivered home today and are 100% pleased.
Updated I contacted Freedom via website a few times and every time they recommended me contact your store directly. 3 days keep my order, 2 table lamps, and transferred my order to another store. What did you do 3 days? Awful service!
