Do not buy furniture from Freedom full stop. Purchased Freedom leather couches in 2023 with an extra 5 year warranty costing $5000 being told that all repairs to the leather will be covered. To our surprise when the leather started to tear, we put in a claim and was told that these are not covered because it’s general wear and tear. Please do not waste your money and shop elsewhere.

Whatever you do, do NOT buy the extended “Gaurdsman” warranty if they promote it to you. I was sold it as it extends your warranty from 2 to 5 years (sales person acting as though Freedom extends the warranty, no questions asked for a replacement). When trying to claim a warranty, was told that I have to contact Guardsman. Guardsman are the worst to deal with- no reply, no follow up. Ordered a outdoor dining table and 6 chairs and was advised the delivery fee was 200 dollars. When questioning the sales person as to why it cost so much, was advised this included assembly. Yesterday the delivery came and it was literally 2 boxes dropped off and thats it. For 200 dollars. If we'd been advised correctly in store we would have picked the boxes up ourselves from the warehouse.
