STAY AWAY! From the service I have received, I can only assume this entire company is a scam. I ordered a mattress online on the 21st of Feb. Although the matress was in stock I waited a month and it still hadnt been shipped. I cancelled my order on the 25th of March. im STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY. A conversation with 19 emails has yielded zero results. I just keep being told the "other team" will apdate me shortly. simular to the response I have seen to alot of these 1 star reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Received the product damaged and lodged a form online took them one week to respond asking for the the same information that was in the form and it's been two weeks waiting for a response. When I call they say they can't do anything and eventually hang up.
Do not trust at all to this company. They don't have any Items in their stocks . All in display , if you order you need to wait till coming from overseas. They sale and then they promise to deliver in a week. Then you need to wait more than a month. And if same issues find in product again you need to wait for another months. Just wasting your time .
We went into Freedom a few days ago and found a couch we loved and were ready to order but we weren’t approached or assisted by anyone, no welcome either, so we left. We thought we’d give it another try and went back again today to see the couch, we were greeted by Amy instantly and she was so helpful and inviting. She assisted us with her knowledge of interior design with the layout. Her service was incredible and we walked out happily with an order of our couch. Thank you Amy
