5 Stars I've had a fantastic experience shopping at Freedom Logan. The store layout is beautiful and inviting, making it easy to visualise how the pieces will look in my home. What also really stood out to me was the customer service. The team was wonderful, offering genuine advice and making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I love my new Sealy mattress! I wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase.
I dropped by the store today (Monday 07/07 around 2 PM) to look for some furniture for my new place. I was the only customer there, but the two ladies at the front didn’t even acknowledge me when they saw me walked in. No greeting, no offer to help - they just kept chatting at the counter. One of them even walked right past me without a word or even a look. Not sure if it was just bad customer service or something else, but it didn’t feel great.
