Whatever you do, do NOT buy the extended “Gaurdsman” warranty if they promote it to you. I was sold it as it extends your warranty from 2 to 5 years (sales person acting as though Freedom extends the warranty, no questions asked for a replacement). When trying to claim a warranty, was told that I have to contact Guardsman. Guardsman are the worst to deal with- no reply, no follow up. Ordered a outdoor dining table and 6 chairs and was advised the delivery fee was 200 dollars. When questioning the sales person as to why it cost so much, was advised this included assembly. Yesterday the delivery came and it was literally 2 boxes dropped off and thats it. For 200 dollars. If we'd been advised correctly in store we would have picked the boxes up ourselves from the warehouse.

I had a very disappointing experience with customer care at this store, which is unfortunate because my initial in-store experience was actually quite positive. When I was choosing furniture, Aly helped me and was very kind and professional. Because of that, I trusted the process. However, later I realized that the furniture I purchased was not the Sorrento model I believed I had bought, but a different product called Eton. I had an unopened online purchase which required returning. Unfortunately online orders customer service are all dealt by email. After multiple emails I gave up and went into the store for a return. Anna from the store was helpful, courteous and sorted me out in a few moments (my online enquiry was back and forth over a month). This was a case of good old customer service is a rarity these days. Will be returning for instore purchases rather than online option.
