Craig was truly professional in the manner in which he went about explaining the process, the reinforcements he provided with his many years of experience and truly put things into perspective. As of today, it’s day 27 and I am free of nicotine. The arsenal of information he provided and the backup material made it very easy to understand and follow. By the way…YOU have to want it.
