I'm 56 years old, I've been smoking for 40 years. I was up to three packs a day when I quit. I tried everything to quit in the past: Patches, Gum, Zyban, Hypnosis, Smokers anonymous and then I gave up on quitting. I kind of did the laser thing on a lark.
