The staff and Dr. Johnson were on time and thorough in their assessment of my needs. Dr. Johnson was a great communicator and was able to describe several solutions for my issues. I would recommend he and his staff for anyone in need of ENT services. Thank you
If I could give zero stars, I would. Three visits to the office and waited over an hour for two of them. During the last visit, my elderly mother who has mobility issues came for a post-op visit and waited over two hours to see Dr. Johnson for 15 minutes. Had it not been a post-operative appointment, we would have certainly left well before an hour. Several other patients left the office without being seen due to the long wait. I am so disappointed. I went to Dr. Johnson in 2022. My husband was in the room with me. Dr. Johnson listened and was concerned about my condition. I went back again in August, 2023. My primary doctor referred me to an ENT physician. Mr. Johnson was very condescending. My condition is not a joke. I am 79 years old. I did not appreciate being told by Mr. Johnson that I need "WD-40. My experience with this head and neck doctor was very upsetting to say the least. He spent about 7 minutes with me.
