I recently did a walk in to gain some information about the facility for my grandmother. The staff seemed pleasant, especially the receptionist. However, one of the assistant managers named Tony could work on his personality. He was yelling at a few of the older employees, barking out orders right in front of the visitors. It then took over 25 minutes for him to acknowledge my presence after he was told I was there to visit with him (or any present manager on that shift).
