Freedom to run a criminal conspiracy, and have a bunch of bozos not qualified to dispose of trash mix a bunch of toxic chemicals in rusty old tanks that they knew were dilapidated when they bought them. Mixing as much as they could and selling as much as they could, then covering their asses by selling the company when the real bad stuff went down. We need criminal charges on the company AND the individuals. And we need it NOW. These clowns knew exactly what they were doing, and did it laughing all the way to the bank.
It's a good thing you were able to file for bankruptcy to protect your negligent ass. Can the people of West Virginia do the same for some water?
This company dumped thousands of gallons of harmful chemicals into my community's water table. The fact that their CEO hasn't been mauled by wild dogs yet is a disgrace.
Freedom is absolutely responsible,BUT what about the politicians that allow them to operate there? What about the elected officials that allow this sort of "legal" pollution to take place,its not only in WV,, wake up!!! If a company has enough money they can do whatever they want to. Thats the truth of the whole thing, REVOLUTION!!!!!
