Staff super friendly
Called Freedom House to have them pick up things from my grandmothers house when she passed away. We had packed up a lot of gently used items into boxes and the Freedom House said they would come and pick them up. They came the day of and only took the furniture and said they could not take the boxes but we could bring them to them... You have the means to take the boxes and told us you would, but the day of take that statement back..
