I came to this business in good faith and what I found out is that they will sign your name on documents without your permission. I don't think they are on the up and up.
0 review all around. This home was never level correctly when set up. The guy is not concern. The manufactor installed defective products and materials in the home still shipped it. 3 windows wont open correctly one won't open. The flooring arived with holes. The was used and patched the exterior front door was removed not installed spare bathroom counter needs to be replaced arrived damaged. The manufactor refuses to replace any major defects. The seller says its their responsibility. Lawyer says manufactor responsibility.... read more
I have been looking for a new modular in the area for 2 yrs. After considering all 3 local companies I chose Freedom mainly because they have full time service staff and the pricing seemed fair. Kyle, the GM, started the process with us and as we moved along he had Clay, the sales mgr. finalize our plans. They are thorough, knowledgeable and fair in their decisions.
