This company sucks no customer service at all
This company sucks. They bought my mortgage from a previous company and I don’t do business with them by choice. I was out of town for a substantial amount of time and forgot to make a payment (first time in my life it’s ever happened). Instead of calling me or emailing me they allowed the account to go delinquent and it brought my credit score from 821 to 733 instantly.
