This company is a scam. I'm in a financial bind and the house will foreclose if I dont sell it in time but I was approved for a loan modification to try to help prevent foreclosure but the so called "help" they presented me was to increase my monthly payments by $175 and increase my interest rate by 6%
Just found out that Freedom Mortgage did not pay my renewal on my homeowners insurance policy so it got canceled. I pay into escrow account so they’re supposed to disperse all that to taxes and insurance which they did not now I have forced insurance on my home so my payments are now 2640 instead of 2340 they dropped the ball and won’t acknowledge it. I emailed them about 15 times and fax them the forms that I received from insurance company about 10 times.
THESE PEOPLE SUCK. THEY HAVE NO, ABSOULUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH A SUPERVISOR FOR 6 DAYS. IS THERE NO ONE WORKING THERE?
