Terrible place. Very unfriendly, rude people there. I wouldn't put a dog in there. DONT PUT YOUR LOVE ONE THERE!!

My mother was in the good care of Freedom Home for almost 5 years from 2014-2019. She was very happy there and we could sleep at night knowing that she was being taken care of by experienced and loving caregivers. Honestly, the owner Laura and her CNA's are angels and go out of their way to make all the residents happy and comfortable. We've been at large "assisted living" facilities and the care my mom got here was above and beyond anywhere else. Old ownership was very good. Now under new owner. Not so good. High turn over rate.employees are over worked.Under paid. Due to poor management. Not an assisted living. More like a nursing home.the care givers have hearts of gold.i hope it improves.1 person to care for 5. 4 non mobile is dangerous.

Our father stayed here, we visited often, and we appreciated the care provided. I was referred here by a friend and have referred others. Cottage home care can be more personal and familiar than larger institutions. All the same regulations still apply.
