Staff a little pushy for a sale, with follow up calls that went requested. Good layout of store and varied household furnishings
Friendly staff, but too pushy. I appreciate being greeted and knowing staff are available if needed, but when a customer says they’re “just browsing,” that should be respected. Being approached again with more questions made it difficult to actually relax and look around the store. There’s a fine line between helpful and intrusive, and unfortunately this crossed it for me and made me want to leave the store.
Oh, my goodness, I need to give a special shout-out to Benn (dang) and Shannon (manager). Benn has so much rizz and Shannon you were so lovely, understanding and accommodating with respect to us getting our beautiful lounge set. Great team! Thank you all!
FREEDOM SORRENTO SOFA – Not suitable for human use. Ideal for synthetic companions only!!! We purchased the leather Sorrento sofa (priced $5.9k) and the supposed leather began PEELING in 2 years!!! Freedom’s response?… I followed many channels from Feb–Dec 2025, even returning part of the lounge to store. Outcome: NO REMEDY!!! Nil. No cushion replacement, no partial refund — nothing.
