Justin is great! Glad I found Freedom after we bought this house. I bought the maintenance plan and look forward to continuing to work with him. I feel like he is fair with pricing and takes the time to make sure the work is done thoroughly. He takes time to explain everything so we understand what was going on and how it needs to be addressed. Definitely goes above and beyond to help his clients.
Justin installed our new unit and did a fantastic job. He was always on time when he said he would come. He was quick to answer the phone if I had a question. Pricing was beyind fair. He did quality work and the best friendliest service ever! I love the fact that this business is a local family owned that goes above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend (which I have on many occasions) using Freedom Heating and Cooling and promise you that you won't be disappointed.
Justin and his team were fantastic—prompt, professional, and thorough. They installed our new HVAC, fixed a small factory defect immediately, added safety shut-offs, and even brought our system up to code. They cleaned up so well it felt like they were never here! Highly recommend for anyone wanting top-notch service at a fair price.

Once again had great service. Justin was swamped with broken ac units when it got really hot and he worked with me to fit me in after he took care of the emergencies. He kept me informed for when he could make it over. Definitely A+ service
