This company installed a new central air unit and didn’t top off the Freon last year. So, started the air conditioning this May and would not cool home. Found out from the company that repaired the problem. The wires burned up in the unit due to no Freon in the unit. Out another $450. Do not use this company under any circumstances. They don’t Stand by their work. Only 30 day warranty, so they don’t guarantee their shotty work.

Since they create multiple pages to try and avoid the bad reviews, I'm just going to leave. 1 star one here too, even though they really deserve zero. Worst company I've ever dealt with in ANY situation and that's saying something. Thank God AHS sent Budget to take care of it instead.

Won’t return phone calls. Trying to get our A Coil replaced (warranty). They claim to have the part but no one to install it. This has been going on now for 45 days!

Our furnace went out and AHS sent Freedom out to fix it. We received a text confirming our appointment and a text that our technician, Keith was on the way with a tracker on where he was at. Keith was awesome, knew exactly what was wrong. Ordered the part and fixed it next day. So happy with our service! Very responsive, professional and friendly
