Aaron Butcher is brilliant, but the staff provides legitimately the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They make repaired mistakes, rarely answer the phone, don't communicate changes to processes or wait times at all, and om the rare ocassion you're able to speak to a staff member, they treat you like you're inconveniencing them or like they're going above and beyond and doing you a favor just for doing their job.
