This place is the worst! It’s so hard getting in contact with the office. Trying to get a refill is awful. The office staff is so rude and unprofessional. My daughter was seeing Jennifer and she left the practice so, they switched her to Aaron and a week before her appointment they told her they are going to stop taking insurance and it will be $90.00 per month. I also have an appointment coming up but, I will not do $90.00 a month. We are not sad to be leaving this office.

Aaron and his knowledge is amazing I can’t say enough about Aaron and trying to get my hormones balanced. The reason why I am giving a 4 star is because I have a hard time getting a reply back from office staff, getting medication refills or Harmony telling me how costly a phone call is from my insurance or pharmacy. 😳 when I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks and to receive my meds and been out. Like I said Aaron is amazing! Office help needs to up there customer service especially if you’re they are going to cash pay.

Loved seeing Aaron and his knowledge, but the place went down hill fast over the last year or two. Tried to keep giving it a chance. The new office manager has been awesome, but now a day before an appointment they call to let us know they won't be taking insurance anymore. This isn't the type of care when you call another provider and get your treatment started quickly. Infact my wife already paid for the blood work. And is out the money for that. I would no long recommend this clinic.

The office staff is very unorganized and unprofessional. Communication is nonexistent, they do not respond to the text line they set you up on for percription refills. Even my pharmacy cannot make contact with them. Phone calls and actual live Communication also goes nowhere. Mine and husband's appointments are always rescheduled an hour beforehand. Appointments are moved with no communication with customer, resulting in double charges to co-pays. I would give them 0 stars I could. Taking my business elsewhere.
