This is our second year with Freedom health and it has been great. It has saved us a lot of money. It covers everything we have needed thus far. They have a large list of providers and they cover dental at several places, we chose Sage dental ,We have had MRIs, PET scans, blood work etc and it is all covered with small copays, the MRI copay was the highest we ever paid and it was just $50. Customer service is always helpful . We get our OTC every month on time .they provide rides to doctors, gym membership, grocery card and ... read more
Pretty sure these people scammed me to get my bank account info. Been weeks and I have no insurance still.
They don't listen to what you say.They don't do anything they're supposed to. They don't understand their own system
If I could give them no stars I would. Customer service is TERRIBLE. WORSE EVER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD
Upon further review my insurance representative I'd rather not give her name for safety etc is always there yo help an I've noticed the doctors an other medical staff have always an 99% of the time HELPED ME so yes for well hate to bring up $$$$when it comes too health BUT they have best deals
