My Mom entered Freedom health recovering from a broken femur and upper arm. As most skilled nursing homes, there are good and not so good things here and there, but I will say, the physical therapy dept here is top notch. On the nursing side my Mom told me her experiences were very positive, with the staff being helpful and kind. Her room was in the C 160’s area. This is worst plan ever 2 months in a row My OTC they sent me was not what I ordered it came to approximately $30 my orajel the box came but there was no orajel in it you my primary doctor I have to personally go to him because I cannot get through to him on the phone he told me it was premieres fault I am switching my primary just so I can get a phone call directly to my doctor this is my thought the worst for communication the absolute worst do not join this health plan

I canceled the account on May 27th after I was denied insurance for my mammogram. They have continued to withdraw money from my account for 2 months. Now they are claiming that the account was never canceled and now they want to cancel it effective today. They require a checking account and won't take a credit card like all of the other insurance companies, that should have been my first clue. DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO CONNECT WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM.
