Tim was exactly with this product needed. 4 years later and coming up on 10k miles. I am on my 3rd freedom hauler. Tim has a quality and customer service mindset. He is continually improving the hauler. It's exactly what you would expect from a Made in The USA product. The hauler is a vital key to my setup and my life.
