I was very skeptical of this product in the beginning. I first bought a used model at the time it was about 10 years old. Ever since I have been convinced of how genius this product was developed. Tim was exactly with this product needed. 4 years later and coming up on 10k miles. I am on my 3rd freedom hauler. Tim has a quality and customer service mindset. He is continually improving the hauler. It's exactly what you would expect from a Made in The USA product. The hauler is a vital key to my setup and my life.
