Very mixed feelings about my experience… very nice and welcoming atmosphere at first from different staff members; not sure about her name but there was a young girl of a Turkish background who was absolutely amazing! Everyone is so lovely! Went and had a full head of foils but the toner didn’t stick so came back for a touch up a week later. All the stylists were so nice about it and did everything they could to fix me up and ensure I was happy with the result :) very clear communication and expectations between stylist and client! Definitely recommend.
I had the most lovely haircut from Kristie. I can’t recommend her enough!! She listens to what you would like and talks you through the best option for your hair type. Thank you for a wonderful experience Kristie.
