Best Customer Service and Amazing Product Quality! Mike and Freedom Branding were life savers this week. This week, our group needed custom hats with a very quick turnaround. Freedom Branding could not have done a better job. They provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process and ended up delivering an amazing product ahead of schedule at a fantastic cost. Freedom Branding are superstars! Worked directly with Peter, who helped me out with a bulk order of prints. We worked on making sure the design was perfect for print, and we got it exactly right. Wonderful team, super super quick, great pricing, and best quality I’ve seen. Highly recommend.

Pete and his team provide the best embroidery services that I have ever been to! I had to get 2 hoodies and 2 sweatpants embroidered within a week and they did the impossible. They provided such wonderful service and the embroidery was done with such care, given the last minute request. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to my friends/family!

I took my Trader Joe’s Mini Tote Bag in to have it personalized. Mine was kind of a different lettering request, and Russell wasn’t satisfied with how it turned out, so he offered to do another one free of charge. To be honest, I thought it was fine, and told him so, but he insisted, so I brought in another I was gifting to a friend. She absolutely LOVES her personalized bag! I can’t wait to drop off a few more for my daughters. Thank you, Russell, for your kind and professional help in making a great finished product.
