I had a very disappointing experience picking up a load at this company. The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and treated drivers with a complete lack of respect. Throughout my visit, I felt singled out and discriminated against based on my background, which made the situation even more unacceptable. I had a very disappointing experience with Freedom Graphic Systems Inc. Unfortunately, my appointments were delayed multiple times without a reasonable explanation, which caused a lot of inconvenience. I also felt that I was not treated fairly or with the same respect as others. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be using this company again. I hope they improve their customer service and treat all customers with fairness and professionalism.
