I would not rent from this company again. I should have known it would not be a smooth process when just trying to schedule the site visit and the last minute cancelation and changes. The day before the event I received a call that the inflatables would be delivered at 12:30pm the next day. When they didn't show I had to call/text and the time got pushed back to 8, then 9, then 10pm. We had an amazing experience with Freedom Fun at our Mother-Son laser tag event! From start to finish, they were organized, engaging, and so much fun to work with. The kids had an absolute blast—and honestly, the moms did too! What really stood out was how they kept things fresh by switching up the games each round, which kept everyone excited and involved. Working with Eric at Freedom Fun has been nothing but a great experience so far. What started as a middle school lock-in has changed to an all school event, and through every change Eric has had great communication and has been so nice to work with. I will update my review once our event is over, but I'm anticipating a wonderful experience the day of!
The guns were so awesome! Much better than I was expecting. They had customizable sights and actually had kickback too. Very realistic. We used them for an overnight event at our church and the kids had a blast. Definitely would recommend.
