Freedom is a great company to work with. Honest, straight forward and highly recommended.
Overcharged what was quoted, the alignment was done wrong and now paying another shop not 5 months later for the same work and additional work totaling over $2K! Because of poor alignment now buying another $1500 in tires. Shop owner wanted to charge $300 for a regular oil change. When confronted on all this was told they could inspect in two weeks time. Stay far away - run from this business: Zero empathy and accountability during the work done and now being broken again. Other shop agreed.!
I talked to Dylan on the phone and explained what I needed (ability to get a spare tire for my Toyota sienna). He was so helpful and helped me order what I needed. He also stood in the snow and helped me install it. The customer service here is so good, and they never tried to upsell me on anything. 10/10
I have never had these guys not nail any project. I’ve brought them 10 out of 10 would recommend to anybody always friendly staff. I don’t take my truck anywhere except freedom four wheel.
Service was fantastic. Very nice people and the truck looks awesome!!!
