I have contacted this store multiple times over the decades and consistently receive outstanding service. I travelled past 2 other Freedom stores to come here for this reason. A big shout out to Dean who assisted me with buying outdoor chairs down to the last 15 minutes on the final day of sale. Even though they were busy, Dean took the time and asked the store merchandiser/interior decorator for another opinion based on photos I sent.
A big thank you to Chelsea for helping me with a product exchange after I was sold the wrong curtains on my previous visit. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. I really appreciated her excellent customer service and willingness to sort everything out. Thanks again, Chelsea!
Big variety,easy parking,staff seemed a little displaced,perhaps they were having a bad day!
The delivery team are totally incompetent and lied to cover up their actions. The store, as well as, corporate are happy to run that line to avoid costs. The problem I experienced was the store arranged delivery. The delivery people arrived and right away seemed agitated, like they didn’t really want to be doing what they were doing. I had a fantastic experience shopping at Freedom in the Fortitude Valley Homemaker Centre. The showroom is spacious and beautifully laid out, which really helped me visualize how the pieces would look in my own home. The staff were absolute stars—super friendly and knowledgeable without being hovering or pushy. They helped me match a new fabric sofa with some scatter cushions and a rug, and the combination looks stunning in my living room.
