Big variety,easy parking,staff seemed a little displaced,perhaps they were having a bad day!
The delivery team are totally incompetent and lied to cover up their actions. The store, as well as, corporate are happy to run that line to avoid costs. The problem I experienced was the store arranged delivery. The delivery people arrived and right away seemed agitated, like they didn’t really want to be doing what they were doing. I had a fantastic experience shopping at Freedom in the Fortitude Valley Homemaker Centre. The showroom is spacious and beautifully laid out, which really helped me visualize how the pieces would look in my own home. The staff were absolute stars—super friendly and knowledgeable without being hovering or pushy. They helped me match a new fabric sofa with some scatter cushions and a rug, and the combination looks stunning in my living room. FREEDOM SORRENTO SOFA – Not suitable for human use. Ideal for synthetic companions only!!! We purchased the leather Sorrento sofa (priced $5.9k) and the supposed leather began PEELING in 2 years!!! Freedom’s response?… I followed many channels from Feb–Dec 2025, even returning part of the lounge to store. Outcome: NO REMEDY!!! Nil. No cushion replacement, no partial refund — nothing.
