I had a problem with a faulty and poor quality item bought online and went to the store to return it and ask for refund. The store refused to pay me back my delivery fee and said that they don't even look at the products sent by the third party to check the quality of the product. Unbelievable, I didn't pay to receive a faulty item. it is different when return an item because you changed your mind or bought the wrong product.
