Sad update, after installed everything going good till I found out the upgraded panels ( from 7.6kw to 10.010kw @ a cost difference of $10,685.74 ) never got upgraded on install and never said anything to me but kept the $$$. Had a problem ( with APS ) and had to get re inspected ( not by Freedom) and found out the ripped me off and would have got away it if not re inspected. Texted and emailed Mark G. If I had it to do over again ,I would research and find another company,recent problems have arisen and customer service,has more excuses than help,ask for a supervisor,the answer was we are short handed, supervisors are busy,not what a consumer wants to hear , we ith the system not working APS bills are high,and still making freedom forever payment also ,win win for company,lose,lose for customer
Well, seems like it’s everything is going smoothly so far so I am very optimistic so far
Terrible company, I definitely regret going with them. So many issues keep coming up with them and it’s frustrating trying to get ahold of them. Also when it comes to their warranty they try to get out of doing anything and try telling you to just go through your home insurance.
