The absolute worst experience. It’s starting to feel like I am being scammed. I call their customer service line and it hangs up on you. I send the reps emails and I get Ai generated responses. Stay away from these guys
Stay clear of Freedom Forever and Solar Pros. It's been an absolute nightmare. Liam was my sales rep completely ghosted me after contract was signed. They installed the wrong plan on my house 6 weeks ago. I haven't heard anything from anyone. They are now threatening me with a lien on my house. And no one has a solution to the problem Complete scam of a company.
Two young men from Freedom Solar Pros just ignored our "No Solicitation" signs and argued with my elderly parents when they were told that "no solicitation" is posted and they need to leave. Rather than apologizing and leaving, they pushed the conversation insisting they were not soliciting. They did not leave until I stepped into the doorway. Do better "Freedom Solar Pros".
Spencer and his team did an amazing job. They were very attentive during the whole process. Any questions I had they answered with no hesitation. Going solar has been such an upgrade for my family and I. I always recommend Spencer to my family and friends looking to getting solar panels.
Spencer and the team at Freedom Forever Solar made the process very easy. I can't recommend them enough! If you are interested in getting solar for your home, I highly recommend calling them to get an estimate. They've been a great partner in our transition to solar.
