The process took a little longer than I expected, but I was also waiting for the Tesla batteries. They were on backorder. There were many steps involved by But every team that showed up was very friendly and professional. I was kept up to date weekly about the timeline!! Every question I had was always promptly answered. We are running on solar and I never have to worry about a power outage again!!! I’m so thankful for Freedom
They frauded us when making the sale that panels would be monitored in real time. Panels were down for 3 months without them noticing then they hung us with an $1100 bill for it. This company is terrible.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! If I could give ZERO STARS, I WOULD. HORRIBLE customer service. I've had a roof leak for over 1 Year that they caused upon installation . Janeth from customer service canceled appointments with prior notification. AWFUL COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE!
HORRIBLE EVERYTHING! Took 6 months to install, then once installed it does not work. Messy/unprofessional install, had to come back 4 times to patch work and still looks like a 6-year-old did it. Solar NEVER worked once installed, but they said it was. We are still paying 100% for electricity and the payment with them. Refuse to send someone out to check, insisted it was working but never got any credit from Edison and still haven't. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
