Do not recommend using freedom forever for solar installation. Due to faulty Installation, water started leaking into our garage ceiling causing mold. They came out to check and agreed it was their fault, but it has been months and nothing has been done about it. I have called, messaged and emailed them multiple times but theyre "waiting for a supervisor". Its been 3 months and nothing has been done about their accident.

I feel like I was robbed. I paid for a large number of panels, 28+kWh system. The most it has ever produced in six months is 20 kWh. That’s around 70% of capacity sold. I have three panels that were not ideally installed so they produce about 55% of what the rest produce. They won’t even consider doing anything for a year. They have a guarantee that it will produce a certain amount per year but that is set at like 55% of the calculated production. I guess you really do have to read the fine print.
