Supper happy with my install don’t let the reviews scare you
So far I have had a mixed experience with freedom. The sales process was good and quick, they moved through permits quickly, but now it’s been almost a month since I first tried to schedule an installation and they keep canceling and rescheduling the install date. We had our panels installed 2years ago and still haven’t gotten our battery box!!! Do not use these people. They are dishonest. No will will call me back.
Update: They did not call me. I called them and waited on hold for an hour and a half to speak with a supervisor named Lorena, who told me that they canceled the project on March 6th and initiated the loan cancellation on March 12th and that it takes 60 days for everything to process on their end and then the cancelation goes to mosaic. I asked her if they had sent the loan cancellation to Mosaic, and she said no.
