Their service is horrible. I would not recommend them. Our battery has been only putting out 54% and we had to pay a $700 tree up and our electricity bills have been more then before we got their Solar and when something is wrong, they just keep giving you the runaround. Do not use this company. It seems that there’s a possibility that the sales person didn’t put enough solar panels on our roof. Avoid Freedom Forever Solar – Warranty Issues & Poor Service We initially chose Freedom Forever Solar because they presented themselves as a loyal and trustworthy company. Unfortunately, our experience has been far from that. It took them a full year to start our installation, which was frustrating enough. Horrible solar company! Took advantage of my elderly mother in law. Roofs leaking and these clowns won't even return calls or honor the warranty! Do not purchase your solar from them!
John Behr and Joseph Schwab were very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me make an informed decision on solar and have helped me through the entire process. Wouldn’t definitely recommend them to anyone around vallejo area.
