I did not get any solar panels installed by this company, as the price was to high. But they did take out a loan as if they did install solar on my house. Now they want me to pay for something I never had. Mosaic is the name of the loan company and they want me to pay $11,190.53 for something I never got. All because I wanted an estimate for solar on my house. Do not let FREEDOM FOREVER in your front door as they can not be trusted.
We contact Eric Rogan after having difficulty getting our system up and running (after PG&E had connected us to the grid). Within about an hour Andreas of Freedom Forever knocked on our door and trouble shot our system. Andreas not only took the time to bring our solar system online but also incredibly took the time to educate me on what the problem was. Thank you Andreas and Eric!
