Avoid Freedom Forever and Rene Silvey with Solar Pros LLC completely. Rene used high-pressure sales tactics to rush me into a contract, but once an unprofessional crew left an incomplete, unfinished solar installation on my roof, he completely vanished. I have reached out multiple times for updates, and they are ghosting my calls and texts. They take your money, leave the job half-done, and disappear. It’s an absolute scam.
They were great until I had to replace my roof. I tried for months to get them to come and start the process to put them back on. Call after call being transferred ofter and given other numbers to different departments to hours. Eventually I had to have them installed by someone else. I am very disappointed.
They filled chapter 11. Left me with an incomplete project. I can't use the solar. They were funded for the project and now I have the loan company coming after me to pay for this. Can't get anyone to return my calls or text. They have an AI answering the phone. I cant post this without giving them at least one star. they don't even deserve that.
