2nd Edit: I did get a call after my last edit. They assured me that they have someone assigned to my case now, please give them a couple weeks and reach back out if I didn't hear by then. Here we are, a month and a half later and I'm being told they are backed up...4-5 more weeks before they can review my case and proceed. We're back to months of waiting to "check" if I qualify for more panels. Solar's installation and inspection process was seamless. The installer arrived early and worked diligently to complete the job, even in the heat. They were courteous, respectful, and a pleasure to have around. The Freedom Forever technician was exceptionally knowledgeable and respectful, leaving a lasting impression. UPDATE 7/1/2025: Do NOT fully put your trust in the sales representatives as they might not be telling the full truth. The sales rep I had lied to me twice. Once about a rebate that I never got, and once about being able to cancel a ADT contract after the first year of paid service. I now have to pay for two separate ADT contracts, as I already had a system before this, and cannot cancel it until the next two years of payments are done. Neither side will budge about cancelling the contract so I'm stuck with the extra payment... read more

Hennessy and the Fox Hounds did a fine job, job was done cleanly and professionally, city inspection was done with all issues addressed and system was passed by city. Looking forward for them to turn system on for good.

Edit: I never recieved any contact despite the comment below from the company. Once again...no follow through to resolve issues We've had nothing but problems from the time we've started with them a year ago. After installation, the panels produced maybe 2kw as it was turned on, then nothing over the next few sunny days. It took multiple calls and pushing before they finally came out and fixed them 2 months later. Meanwhile, we were stuck paying the bill on a non working system those two months. 1 year later, we are severely... read more
