Terrible experience. Customer support is nowhere to be found. I was told the inverter that broke would be replaced and it’s taken 3 months and still waiting with no updates except it’s under review and a ticket has been made. No reimbursement
At no point do they ever say they are putting a lien on your home! Ive reached out to better business bureau and freedom solor refuses to respond! Now its my time to make sure you know, you cant get any refinance or equity loan on your house! They quick to show you what you dont save that they never mention this little detail
Friendly, professional installers. Management has their collective heads... 9 months after signing the contract, 3 months after installation, and it has failed city inspection 3 times for paperwork errors. No stars, do not recommend, needs to cease operations.
Update 12/25- they finally responded after I left a review. They did send a tech out to see if they could fix the issue. Now I just need to wait till summer when the issue would arise with high amperage from the solar. ______________ Trying for 3 weeks to get a hold of them for an issue post installation. On hold for hours. Emails and chats go unnoticed.
I wish I could go back in time and stop this installation from ever happening. I was sold on the idea that my APS bill would go down instead, I still pay my full electric bill plus a $200 solar payment every month. I’m now spending MORE than ever before on electricity, and I am someone who already uses very little power. On top of that, they damaged my roof during install and took nearly a year to finally get everything up and running.
