This company sucks! They tell you what they want you to hear and lie about it. Unprofessional company and so are the managers.
Freedom Forever sales representatives are dishonest and will ten you anything they have to to get you to sign up. They told me that I wouldn’t have an electric bill anymore and that it would just be the solar payment. That has not been the case. We’ve still had very high bills. They began installation in January 2023, but panels were not operating until September 2023. We were making payments that entire time! Fast forward to July 2025. We had Freedom Forever do a solar install back in March of 2025, and the system seems to work well, and the installation was fine, but they never finished installing and configuring the temperature sensor in my garage, which seems like a small issue to resolve. Since my install, I've called no less than 6 times asking for service to come and finish the install of the sensor. Freedom Forever...LOL I had my Tesla Panels disconnected last month. I complained at the conclusion of the installation that they did not put the panels where the quote said they would. This was a concern to me because there is a large chimney casting a large shadow across the roof, the quote picture had concerted that. Their response was the quote contained an estimated guess as to where the panels should be placed.
