Their system isn't generating nearly as much power as they advised me that it would and now I have to pay my power bill and my solar bill. I tried to call them and told me that they are only the installers and they have no control over the actual power. They completely passed the buck, and now I have no known recourse and I have to look into legal action

Freedom Forever's solar panels are a scam. Our home, the home of Donald (84 yo) and his spouse, Kai was first approached on or around 2/6/25 regarding the promotion of Freedom Forever's solar panel program. On or around 2/6/25 when the sales representative, Joshua, on behalf of Freedom Forever first introduced himself and the company, Donald was home but Kai was not at home at the time. My solar system was installed by Freedom Forever through the Mesa, Arizona office. The installation itself appears to have gone fine and the system is producing power. Unfortunately, communication from the salesperson completely stopped after the sale. I sent multiple text messages asking for help getting the monitoring app set up and never received a response.
