Sales rep came with proposal August 5. Calculations were done in September. Mid-October clay tiles were hauled away, exposing ceiling rafters to the sky. It rained. Tar paper was spread on my roof. DWP says contractor never responded to request fir on-site meeting October 21. Tools, trash and ladders remain on my property, roof still covered in tar paper. How do I get out of this mess? Embers flying all over the city. If my home is destroyed, YOU ARE responsible!!!!!
