Every time I call I get an automated response and then it hangs up on me I cannot get a hold of anybody and my panels have not been connected since I purchased this home in June. My bills are through the roof no pun intended and still no response Terrible customer service I wish I didnāt have to select a starĀ
Issue with the installation, now issue with the town permit. 1 year later and still waiting on inspection. I donāt recommend This company donāt reserve even 1 start.Ā
I would give 0 stars if able to. Couldnāt get a hold of anyone to get my panels removed for a renovation for 2 months. Project is completed trying to get them back out to reinstall and they are trying to rob us for more money saying we need a new survey and permits. Nobody said that at the beginning when we explained why we had to take them off. Avoid at all costsĀ
The workers worked very quickly at installing my solar panels. And they were neat. I am very happy with their work.Ā
Freedom forever company is a good company and their workers are the best! Cautious, curtious and respectful!Ā
