Frustrating Experience with Freedom Forever: I want to share a long-standing issue with Freedom Forever. About 4 years ago (2022), they installed our solar panels, and as of 2026 the system still does not work AT ALL!!! I deeply regret going solar with Freedom Forever. The sales team promised one thing, but the company delivered something entirely different—and claimed they were “fulfilling their promise,” which is completely false. Freedom Forever's customer support experience is consistently bad. Installation of my system in early 2025 was a disorganized mess. Troubleshooting connection problems in early 2026 with the Powerwall 3s I purchased was a nightmare. The customer service reps aren't technical, don't try to help you, and follow a process script which seems designed to waste time. Freedom Forever wants to wait 7-10 business days to monitor a reported technical problem before even sending you to scheduling, which will take another 2+ weeks to ge... read more
My system hasn't offset my power bill in Modesto. I'm paying twice and have not seen the benefits of having this system since installation. The only service I've received as promised is to collect payment. Please educate yourself or deal with a company that cares about their customers. Beyond the sale..
