I’ve had my solar for 10 years so far and haven’t had to pay PG&E since! Absolutely love what these guy’s do!
A salesperson came to my door today. When I said no, he clearly became agitated and pointed to my Jeep saying even with me pulling from PGE for my hybrid. I restated. That I already said no. He gave me the wave off and basically said whatever. Then as he walked away he said enjoy that high bill. He was so rude I had to go back to my Nest and review it. Terrible customer service and I’m still having issues with my Tesla solar 1 year later. If you want to save yourself headache, do not work with these people.
The "freedom goats" were amazing! Eric - electrician. James -Crew lead, Tony, Xavier and Angel - installers. I was super impressed! These guys were experienced and super professional! They showed up early and everyone had a job and they got at it immediately. I was around all day.These guys didn't waste any time.And really got after it! I noticed a leak in my ceiling/roof and scheduled an appointment for 1–2 PM on 10/6/2025. I waited a long time on the phone just to get that appointment—and then waited half the day for a technician who never showed up. No call, no reschedule, no communication whatsoever. It’s now been a full day, and I’m still waiting as I write this. With rain in the forecast in just a few days, I’m extremely concerned and disappointed.
