Kyle, Wyatt and Jonathan work like they're mad at it. The work appears flawless. They did it in 10 hrs in the heat. Good men, Good job. Here I am 5 months later .Not done. Such is life.

I guess these guys only care about installing new solar and forget about you once you’ve paid. I have tried scheduling a removal so we can replace the roof then reinstall the solar panels but NOBODY HAS REPLIED OR SCHEDULED AFTER NUMEROUS REQUESTS FOR MONTHS

I needed a cancellation letter to prove that my service was cancelled at my request last year following a lengthy stay in ICU . No work had been done. But I still see the 23000 on my credit report. This letter will help with getting that removed so that my out going funds are accurate. The sweetest agent helped me get what I needed today in a very polite and effective way. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Freedom Forever has been one of the most dishonest and unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with. They misled me throughout the entire solar install process, constantly gave me the runaround, and repeatedly refused to provide basic documentation, including a formal cancellation confirmation, which is now causing serious issues with my lender (Mosaic).
