Terrible, just awful at installing and communication
This company is an absolute red flag and a complete joke for anyone considering doing business with them, and my experience has been nothing short of a disaster. The batteries I purchased were on backorder for more than two months, and the installation is now over three months behind schedule—proof that they sell products without any real inventory or ability to meet their own timelines. I would like to send Kudos to Freedom Forever for hiring Juan Rivas and Brian Lopez. They were so cordial and patient with during the time of my appointment when an emergency arose right before they came. They waited for me and then explained to me after going up on my roof that my roof needed to be redone because the Roofers that Freedom Forever hired by the name of Universal Solutions did a very poor job. Do not use this company for solar installation! Salesman Carlos Luis got us into a situation where this company put a lien on our house. We had to pay a substantial amount of money to get rid of the lien. Do not use them!
