Customer service is the worst. I have called and emailed about my equipment not working they told me I needed a new box. Still have no box!! 1hr and 45 minutes on hold no one came to the phone at all! I think you can sit on hold all day and no one will pick up. Second call 1hr and 5 mins do you think people can sit on hold all day this is ridiculous. Going on 3 months of my solar not workingĀ
NEVER BUT NEVER use this guys and that's me telling you from my personal experience. Happy to provide any consultation to why NOT going with this company.Ā
Most of the process with Freedom Forever was fine. We have had one issue that local leadership has refused to address directly or even communicate with us honestly about, but it's one that makes me nervous about working with them going forward so I wanted to post here for awareness. After our solar panel install on 9/25/25 our double oven stopped heating. Every single time there has been an issue it takes weeks to get resolved on top of no communication. It took weeks to get panels removed to repair roof, weeks to get them back on. My system now has been down for a month I just happen to log in and see it wasnāt producing after 2 weeks. Called in they said 2 weeks to just trouble shoot. Noted itās a part in my file needs replaced. Never called or emailed to tell me this only know because I called back in. No estimate on part arrival or repair date.
