Very friendly and professional
I would have to disagree with the reviews I've just read. We purchased and had our solar cells and back-up battery installed in 2022 after the horrid snow storm. The first 18 months or so, everything worked so well. We were thrilled. Our electric bills dropped to almost nothing in summer, which was awesome. However, after 18 months, the system began having problems, the backup battery stopped ., and our electricity bills again climbed sky high. I am so impressed with this company. The level of customer service they provide is so rare nowadays. They kept us in the loop every step of the way. The install team was great to deal with, we liked all of the guys. But the follow up visits for little issues is what really impresses me. Some of the installers and Austin R. have been back to our home twice, and they communicate the issues so well and repair them quickly.
