The sales team specifically Peter Kline is great at misrepresenting himself as somebody who cares. After the contract is signed and work has been started he disappears and you never hear from him again. I have work that was supposed to be completed in August and my solar panels and my backup do not work and he will not respond to my emails nor my text messages. The sales team is good at reeling you in initially. Throughout the entire process from contract signed to final installation I had excellent communication between Alex and myself. Before I signed any docs, I explicitly told him i wouldn't get the panels if he couldnt get me to $120/mo from the $140 he had me at, and my bill still ended up being $140. Edit: As an update, you will see Freedom Forever responded below. They did call me on 10/23 and promised to "look into it" and reach out again a week later on 10/31. It is 11/3 and I still haven't heard back. It has been well over a month since we reported the issue and still we haven't been given anything more than a maybe, and continue to receive radio silence most of the time. Customer service is the worst. I have called and emailed about my equipment not working they told me I needed a new box. Still have no box!! 1hr and 45 minutes on hold no one came to the phone at all! I think you can sit on hold all day and no one will pick up. Second call 1hr and 5 mins do you think people can sit on hold all day this is ridiculous. Going on 3 months of my solar not working
