I ordered the system in January 2025. I was contacted and set up the “2 day installation” on February 11-12th which was great turn around so I was happy. I was told on the 12th that they would have to come back out on the 19th to finish. I was a little upset, but it was just a week so I relented. After working all day on the 19th, the installer walked me through the system but apologized that they had burnt up 2 wires running through 3 boxes. Please stay away. They hire incompetent people. They installed mines, and inspections keep failing from the city. I have 4 failed inspections and it is still not functioning. They found that the ground installation is faulty and it's a big safety hazard. Please stay away.
I'm leaving a review for the team Hammslight (Solarbears). The team was on time, walked me through the entire process step by step. They were fast and did a great job.
The initial install was great and quick. They showed up and got all the panels on the roof no problem. The issues started after that. I was told one more piece needed to be installed and that they would be back in 2 days to put the final piece on. Sat at home all day waiting for them to arrive and they never showed. Texted end of day and said sorry we will be there tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went and nothing. Received another text saying sorry won't be there today we will be there Saturday.
