Please stay away from this company or their partner Enfin. They installed solar panels for me since May, and they are still Not working. The customer service is terrible, and if something happens to your panels, you will need to wait 1-2 months for a tech to come out. I would give them a negative number of stars if I could.Ā
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Same experience as a lot of the other people on here. No accurate communication. Sales is only point of contact and they eventually get frustrated with your callsā¦ but there is no one else to call. There is supposed to be a project manager, but mine has changed 3 times. It was a delayed install, which they told me would be a different date over the phone than the scheduler actually put for the install.
