Trying to get solar for almost a year. And the reason is waiting for a photo to get uploaded. Everytime we schedule an appointment they dont show up.
I called earlier in the week to understand why again my project date was being moved - mind you I started this project back in June/July 2025 and today is April 11th 2026. Every time I called in it was due to something always on Freedom Forever's side whether their system is not updated, the office/project person/group hasn't completed the paperwork to move the project along, or the wrong information was given to the utility company which was this last reason for the delay. EDIT: customer service wait time over 1hr and half; then forwarded to wait for another department with estimated similar wait time. RUN AWAY!!! Completely dissatisfied with the service of this company so far. We were sold on the idea of installing solar in the fall/ end of summer with hopes of building up credit for the following summer. The job was supposed to be done by November. IT IS NOW APRIL; the last appointment scheduled for them to come back February 18th they no showed. There was no phone call to reschedule.
