Salesman (Esteban Solano) finessed my dad to think everything was much cheaper. Bunch of empty promises, then ghosted. Now my dad is in a tough financial situation. Don’t let this happen to you! Edit: the company saw my review and contacted my dad to “help”. Esteban did it again! Put up 6 more solar panels and now my dad has 2 monthly bills!!!!! Help him!!!

Well everything was working, then I received an alert on the solar app that said "site not producing". So what's it take to get someone to come look at it and check for a problem???? I called the support numbers, they acted as if they didn't give a FAT rats ass,
We were reviewing the plans. We told the seller we were not interested in pursuing. They said they would cancel no problem. We now are being billed from Mosaic solar because they denied the cancelation from freedom. Mind you we don’t have ANY solar planners or nothing was ever pursued for an install. This company is a scam!!! Stay away from them. We not are in mist of legal actions against them.
They did a great job and were able to adjust as different situations arose. They were able to complete it faster than I expected, which was a happiest surprise. They did a great job explaining anything I needed and answered all of my questions.
My first experience with Freedom Forever was very negative. It took this company much more time to get our system up and running. However, after almost a full year after installation, they got our solar panals working. Our system has performed very well for over three years now without problems. WELL DONE Freedom Forever. We are happy.
