I have a very serious issue with my solar installation and Reese was extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional and most importantly, helpful. Honestly he’s been the only one so far between Freedom, SunRun and National Grid who has. (besides the Freedom installers who were great to deal with even though they made a huge mistake). I appreciate Reese very much and actually trust that he is going to do what he says he’ll do.
Terrible customer service. No one responds or answered back on timelines and they don’t submit paperwork to PNM in timely manner. Very disappointed. Been on hold over an hour waiting for someone to help me. Have panels on my house for 2 months that do NOT work bc they can’t get turned on.
The representative from Freedom Forever was very nice to talk and very helpful. Good experience!
