I called because my inverter showed a flashing green light instead of the typical solid green and blue lights. Also, the app didn't show the previous day's production. It seemed to correct itself after a day. The care person checked everything on their end and I was reassured that everything was working fine and that I didn't lose any production. I thought she did everything possible given that the situation corrected itself.

This is my first time working with Forever Solar, and so far the experience has been great. I was able to speak directly with a real person and get the information I needed quickly. I’m not finished working with them yet, but everything has gone smoothly up to this point. Looking forward to continuing the process!

I was promised my solar project would be completed in 3 months so I could qualify for a ~$20k tax credit. After signing, the portal now shows PTO won’t happen until February — meaning I miss the credit entirely. Freedom Forever won’t give me any written guarantee and communication has been poor throughout. Very frustrating experience. Luckily, no down payment was made and I was able to get out before being stuck with this terrible company.
