Reno Crew did a great job! Thankful to them for getting my Tesla Solar and Powerwall installed! Update: On closer inspection, found gaps not filled in where trim had to be removed. Waiting to hear back from a project specialist to see if the install team is coming back today to address this. Worried about water ingress with rain/snow, especially behind the Powerwall. Allen's crew was very friendly, efficient and answered all my questions. Allen kept me informed during all steps of the install and walked me through the elecrical install and operating steps. They cleaned up when finished. While there was some sheet rock damaged during the install, they were quick to address it and get it fixed. They got the 22 panels installed in 1 day! Thank you, Allen and team for a great job.
I had a discussion with Jason for about 30 minutes, during which he asked me to share my electricity bill containing personal details for verification. After providing the information, I was informed via text that the company is closing its service in Nevada. Jason had mentioned that it was the last day to sign the contract, which led me to believe the service was still active. Reno Crew. They were on time both days. Cleaned up each day. Great job overall. APRIL 22 2025 Update to project 8/20/2025: Install of panels and batteries as stated above is correct. Since that time the project has failed 4 inspections for permission to operate. The most recent inspection failure happened 8/15/2025. The project is still incomplete after 4 months. The solar panels and backup batteries look very professional, and I’m happy with how they turned out. That said, I do have a few suggestions for the working crew. When on-site at a customer’s home, professionalism is key. While I completely understand playing music while working—I’m all for it—music with profanity is inappropriate. It’s not just about the customer, but also their neighbors. The same goes for language.
