Reno Crew did a great job! Thankful to them for getting my Tesla Solar and Powerwall installed! Update: On closer inspection, found gaps not filled in where trim had to be removed. Waiting to hear back from a project specialist to see if the install team is coming back today to address this. Worried about water ingress with rain/snow, especially behind the Powerwall. Gets pretty windy here.

The solar panels and backup batteries look very professional, and I’m happy with how they turned out. That said, I do have a few suggestions for the working crew. When on-site at a customer’s home, professionalism is key. While I completely understand playing music while working—I’m all for it—music with profanity is inappropriate. It’s not just about the customer, but also their neighbors. The same goes for language.
