Reno Crew did a great job! Thankful to them for getting my Tesla Solar and Powerwall installed! Update: On closer inspection, found gaps not filled in where trim had to be removed. Waiting to hear back from a project specialist to see if the install team is coming back today to address this. Worried about water ingress with rain/snow, especially behind the Powerwall. I had a discussion with Jason for about 30 minutes, during which he asked me to share my electricity bill containing personal details for verification. After providing the information, I was informed via text that the company is closing its service in Nevada. Jason had mentioned that it was the last day to sign the contract, which led me to believe the service was still active. Excellent work so far! Update 2 months later! Initial installation was good, but not much since. I got a Tesla wall controller (EV "charger") that failed after 10 minutes of use. Tripped a circuit breaker. Turns out, it must be commissioned by a certified installer. Didn't happen. Failed to show on the plans where the high-power lines would run from the panels to the inverter. Damaged an exterior wall installing them (they later patched and painted). Promised a "critter guard" around the panels. When pigeons started roos...Ā read more
Allen's crew was very friendly, efficient and answered all my questions. Allen kept me informed during all steps of the install and walked me through the elecrical install and operating steps. They cleaned up when finished. While there was some sheet rock damaged during the install, they were quick to address it and get it fixed. They got the 22 panels installed in 1 day! Thank you, Allen and team for a great job.Ā
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SOLAR. It has been a year and a half of them āinstallingā and trying to get the system connected. NV Energy denied the approval twice because they incorrectly installed the system. I canāt get any answers and now have to threaten legal action to hopefully get something done. Iām at a total loss.Ā
