Working with them currently to get solar installed… they have submitted the interconnection wrong twice with Duke. Hailey Thompson on their interconnection team told me I needed to correct my interconnection request with Duke, I am paying them to install the solar system and do the permitting, not as a DIY project. Patricia Scarbo is installation manager that never responds with answers, when she does her email has a generic message that she will follow up biweekly, When I inquire of an update, no one provides one. Avoid this company at all costs. I chose Freedom Forever for my solar installation and opted for the Tesla battery backup. I immediately regretted my decision. They use third-party salespeople who promise the world, only to tell you lies to get you to sign a contract with them. The issues began when the system took several months longer than promised to be fully operational. Now, just a year later, there’s a problem, and my solar system is offline.
