Technicians worked on phase 2 of our project today. Freedom Forever technicians were helpful, courteous and professional.
Customer service after installation is lacking. Our system is offline and not producing. We called and emailed with no help. When we finally got through to the service department after being transferred twice, they said the problem needed a technician. They technician cannot come and resolve our issue until March! So for two and a half months I have useless solar that I’m still paying for. Thanks Freedom.
The Red Rock crew led by Zach did an awesome job on my installation. They were very professional and worked efficiently from start to finish. Zach was greatly interested in my complete satisfaction and was happy to answer all of my questions. I would give them an A+ for their work and attitude.
