Do NOT trust the sales representatives. Twice we have had issues and they always make promises they will not keep. Adrian came and told us there would be assistance through the process. Once the sale was complete, he was no longer helpful and not easy to get a hold of. When we needed to switch providers of energy he stated he or someone would be available to sit down with us. Never happened, we had to complete everything by ourself with the help of his manager. Then it wasn't done correctly and we have been paying full price... read more
