I’m honestly surprised to see any 3-5 star reviews. How has anyone been able to get service? We have had the same issue for over a year now and the issue still has not been resolved. We have been rescheduled 5-6 times now and it’s very frustrating. They state a lack of technicians which leaves us with no options for help. We have had no solar power for over a year. Super frustrating.
They don’t make it clear that you are financing the system and you are signing a 25 year contract and you will still have an electric bill on top of a bill for the equipment. Also, one of the panels has caused a leak in my roof into my kitchen and they are denying the damage came from the panel citing “pre-existing conditions”. Customer service is exceptionally poor. Once installed, they treat customers as mere numbers, making it difficult to obtain assistance. They make it appear effortless to seek help and recover lost money during the sale. However, in reality, they become too preoccupied to provide support after the sale, complicating the process of redeeming money for lost service. Buyers should exercise caution.
