They put in my solar panels before doing their due diligence and realizing there needed to be some changes to the electric panel. Tried to make me pay for the mistake, I said no, now they just ghosted leaving the panels, I don’t even pay for the solar because it’s not turned on. I just want them to remove it at this point.

During my recent solar project I encountered several Freedom Forever employees; designer, several inspectors, installers, etc. Every single one was a pleasant and competent person. Even the most basic solar project can be complex, involving the type plan, the finance company (entity you pay), the design/install company, the battery producer and both your city and SDGE inspectors, among other things. Freedom Forever handled all the aspects of the project in a fully professional manner

Have been waiting 3 month to be able to use my system after receiving PTO then being asked to turn off the system because the wrong paperwork was submitted. There has been no movement and they continue to blame sdge and Tesla, but they are responsible for submitting the correct paperwork. So now I have $24k worth of dead equipment on my roof.

I want to acknowledge the work that Freedom Forever did replacing my roof. Freedom Forever's Construction Crew team Spartan 1, headed by Jose, did an excellent job replacing my old dilapidated roof with a new fresh-looking one, with attention to details and high quality workmanship.
