Worst Solar Company. Failed City Inspections and APS Permission to Operate 10+ times. Ongoing project coming up on 1 year. Signed 11/14/2024 and today is 10/28/2025 no solar production to date. Non-responsive. Solar panels and electrical installed December 2024. Panels have been sitting on our roof inoperable. Ruined our electrical and every time we vacuumed the power trips. Zero stars! Don't buy solar from someone who can't read. I have a clear "No Soliciting," sign on my house. Your sales guy was just here, rings bell, interrupts me, dogs bark, etc. I answer, he starts in w/ the lying and misleading sales pitch. "APS rates are going up ... we just talked to your neighbor." I signed a contract with Freedom Forever around August 2024, and the installation was planned for December 2024. Unfortunately, the project was delayed due to a shortage of inventory. While waiting for the inventory, the lender declared bankruptcy and filed for Chapter 11. This situation was beyond Freedom Forever's control, but they failed to take responsibility or find an alternative lender. We use freedom solar to put our solar on our house and then we had to have our roof replaced and they took over two months to Reinstall and I occurred over $1000 in utility bills. Their customer service is trash. I would definitely not recommend freedom solar to nobody.
I had my Solar from Freedom Forever installed for about 4 years now. and in general I would have said they were ok to good so far. Then I fell for the Performance Review Meeting. Being in sales myself I knew that somewhere was going to be a promotion of a service or system expansion, which I am absolutely not interested in.
